My personal favorite has to be K.Rool duel. Ever since I first heard this tune when I was a kid I was so blown away. The fact that it turned from a jittery pirate tune to some awesome rocking music pumped me up in ways I never felt before XD.

Second favorite is underwater for the calming atmosphere, third runner up are the misty mines, for their gloominess.

Anyhow, very tough choice, there were lots of great tracks. I actually like the Intro Theme, for quite the same reasons as you gave for liking the music heard when battling K. Rool. Winky's Walkway (and every other walkway level) has amazing music, both calming and eerie... How'd they manage that? The jungle music is great, too. Those are just a few favourites, but I very much like a vast majority of DKC's tracks.

Metroixer: Do you mind if I edit the official track titles into this poll, alongside the level types? It'd be a good way to make things more clear for everyone, I think.
